  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Oil or Ghee (clarified butter) for shallow frying
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons Water
  • Salt to taste
