About This Avocado Sandwich Recipe:

An avocado sandwich is a satisfying bread snack ideal for busy days. All you need is a ripe avocado and some bread. You can pair the toast with cheese, hummus, or tahini if desired. While I’ve used white bread here, you can use brown bread, whole wheat bread, or any other type of bread. You can toast the sandwich in a pan, hand toaster, sandwich grill, or even bake it in the oven.

There’s a Guacamole Recipe already available on my blog. In that recipe, I’ve added olive oil to enhance the taste. Feel free to get creative with this guacamole sandwich by adding baby tomatoes, dried tomatoes, herbs, or any seasonings or spices of your choice.
