  • Half cup of rolled oats
  • 1.5 cups fresh fruit juice like orange juice, pineapple juice or apple juice (avoid sour juice)
  • 1 medium to large ripe banana
  • 8 to 10 soaked almonds or cashews (optional)

How to make the recipe
