- half cup boiled chana or 3/4 cup chana masala /curry
- butter/ ghee as needed
- chili powder as needed
- garam masala as needed
- salt as needed
- lemon juice as needed
veggies as needed
- grated carrot
- onion rings
- grated beetroot
- grated or shredded cabbage
- spring onions chopped
- coriander leaves
How to make the recipe
method 1 – simple steps
soak chana for 6 to 8 hours and boil until soft cooked with little soda,
